Group Yoga Classes

Join us for weekly live yoga classes where we blend the gentleness of Slow Flow for deep relaxation and emotional release with stronger elements that awaken vitality and encourage free energy flow.

Our unique practice follows traditional yoga philosophy and lifestyle, lunar cycles, and seasonal changes, with special emphasis on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the energy meridians active during specific seasons.

Our classes include traditional sun salutations, which we replace with special lunar sequences during full moon for an even deeper connection with feminine energy and nature's cyclicity.

Each class is carefully designed as a holistic experience, including:

• Intuitive movement and somatic techniques for body connection

• Breathing techniques for nervous system calming

• Elements for emotional release

• Meditative moments for deep relaxation

• Energy work with seasonal meridians

• Gentle flows that honor your current state

Our approach to yoga goes beyond physical practice. We create a safe space where you can:

Classes are suitable for all levels, as we respect individual needs and limitations of each body. We combine elements of hatha yoga, yin yoga, and somatic movement, all in harmony with natural cycles and seasonal energies.

Guidelines

For Attending a Live Class

Arriving On Time

Arriving 5-10 minutes early allows you to settle in, set up your mat, and mentally prepare for the class. It also ensures you don’t disturb others by arriving late.

Bring Your Own Mat

If possible, bring your own yoga mat, towel, and any props like blocks or straps.

We do, however, provide blocks and straps, if needed.

Communicate Concerns

Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before class starts. This allows them to provide modifications and keep you safe.

Maintain a Quiet Environment

Keep conversations to a minimum once class begins. This respects the shared space and allows everyone to concentrate on their practice.

Dress Comfortably

Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. Opt for moisture-wicking, breathable fabrics that keep you comfortable throughout the session.

Silence Your Phone

To maintain a peaceful environment, silence your phone or leave it in your bag. This helps you and others focus on the practice without distractions.

Respect Your Limits

Listen to your body and don’t push yourself beyond your limits. Yoga is about finding balance, not forcing poses. Modify as needed and rest when necessary.

Stay for the Entire Class

Try to stay until the end of the session, including the final relaxation (Savasana). It’s an important part of the practice for integrating the benefits of the session.
